Daily Grumble

Today I just heard the most distressing of news. I might have to put aside my plans [once again] because someone wants to put in their two weeks notice but does not know who to go to to do so. Come on, I have been at the same place for five years without a vacation [and now with only one day off in a month's time] and I was thinking about doing the same this summer and possibly go to my 10 year [high school] reunion when I had time to spare with a new job. However, that seems unlikely now. I even wanted to take some time off just to see my grandparents. I need to learn not to put my needs aside but at the moment that is looking quiet grim just like some people need to learn not to depend on me [for money] and stop buying blankety-blank lottery tickets.
