Paranormal Theories: Personal Accounts

          I am glad to hear that I am right about somethings. It appears that the house next door (the only one that's TARDIS blue in the neighborhood I would like to add) is currently in the process of being unoccupied. I find this a bit odd especially after an incident that had occurred once, I wasn't around to witness it, that involved a family member, the dog and the neighbors' [at the time] little boy. The said family member stated that she noticed that the dog was acting strange and he's the type who would bite first and bark later. With the dog whining a little this prompted her to check and see what it was that was outside the bedroom window. When she told me about this I did some research and came up with multiple results. The thing is the little boy saw the same thing too however, what he saw was a black form and the "entity" that she saw was white. To me, being part Irish and the way she described it, it sounded like a banshee to me.
          But that doesn't provide a solid reason as to why that house doesn't stay occupied for a long period of time just like the one across from it. DOES it have something to do with the paranormal and the inhabitants auras OR does it actually deal with how the place actually is which is a total crap of a house to live in? My answer: A little bit of both.
